14.05.19 - 21.05.19 (Week 7 - Week 8) Tamara Audrey Saputra (0335846) Advanced Typography Project 1 - The Troublemakers Manifesto (Key Artwork) Lectures Lecture 7: Designing Type 14.05.19 (Week 7) In today's class, several of our classmates presented a presentation regarding Designing Type. We then continued with our first project, Troublemakers Manifesto key artwork. Lecture 8: - 21.05.19 (Week 8) No lecture today. We continued with our key artwork and started developing our collateral. Instruction Project 1 - The Troublemakers Manifesto (Key Artwork) In this project, we were expected to create a key artwork of an upcoming conference called The Troublemakers Manifesto: A Design Colloquium . The key artwork will later be used across the collaterals. 15.05.19 - 28.06.19 (Week 7 - Week 13) Tamara Audrey Saputra (0335846) Design Research Methodology Research Implementation Lectures Week 8 The lecturers explained the methods and processes of conducting research. Below are the slides and documents that were given to us as guidance. Week 9 No lecture today due to public holiday. Instructions Process (Week 8 - Week 13) This week we have to determine the methods and the questions we are going to ask for our research. The lecturers have also provided us the structure guidelines for us to follow. 01.05.19 - 15.05.19 (Week 4 - Week 7) Tamara Audrey Saputra (0335846) Design Research Methodology Research Lecture Week 6 | 01.05.19 Instruction Critical Reviews Week 4 We were briefed about our next stage of research which is this critical review. We were required to analyze critically 10 journal articles that are related to our chosen topic in our proposal and complete 1 full critical review by next week. Week 5 This week is a public holiday. I started off by gathering all the 10 journal articles from various sources and completed 1 full review using the guidelines given in Times. Week 6 Feedback: After showing the critical review I've done, Dr. Yati told me to include more of my opinion into the essay and that I should have finished at least 2-3 reviews since last week was a public holiday. I was also confused between inductive and deductive reasoning, hence, I asked Dr. Yati about it to have a better understanding of it.   Week 7
