I decided to go with an existing coffee shop chain called "Janji Jiwa". As it adopts a "grab-and-go" system that seems to suit well with the nature of the app. Moreover, it seems realistic to implement it on this chain as it is rapidly spreading across the country with more than 800 stores within only 2 years. The main function of this app is to allow users to order their drinks without having to queue. Users will pay using e-wallet and will be notified when their drinks are ready.  This app does not cover the scope of delivery, as it means that more personnel will have to be hired. The first one is to create an AR for children's biology books and the second one is to create an indoor navigator for cinema. Mr. Razif approved the latter one because it hasn't been done before and also because the first one was already taken by the other classmates. Process To start off, I decided to look up for tutorials on the internet regarding the topic that I've chosen. However, the good tutorial that I've found uses Placenote that is only available for Mac OS and I'm using Windows. Here is the tutorial: I then consulted Mr. Razif about the problem and he told me to look up Mapbox. I then start to search for tutorials for indoor mapping that uses Mapbox as it supports both the operating...

We were divided into groups and I grouped up with Katarina Indira and Kezia Lynn. Our group decided to purchased two items from two vending machines. One is dedicated to drinks while the other is for snacks. We then proceed to analyze and jot down the gain and pain points when using the vending machine in Miro. Somehow, most of the points we found are pain points but Mr.Razif told us to add on more with the gain points. Fig 1: Gain & Pain Points We then re-design the layout of the vending machine based on the problems we found.
