26.08.19 - 05.12.19 (Week 1 - Week 14) Tamara Audrey Saputra (0335846) Experiential Design Exercises Instructions Exercises Week 5 | 23.09.19 Vending Machine UX In today's class, we were assigned a task to observe the vending around campus and see if could be improved. We were divided into groups and I grouped up with Katarina Indira and Kezia Lynn. Our group decided to purchased two items from two vending machines. One is dedicated to drinks while the other is for snacks. We then proceed to analyze and jot down the gain and pain points when using the vending machine in Miro. Somehow, most of the points we found are pain points but Mr.Razif told us to add on more with the gain points.
